Ugh…I did my taxes and this quilting business is hard work.  Don’t get me wrong…I love everything about quilting and fabric and wine.  It’s just a lot of work for a little pay off.  The jewelry, on the other hand, is thriving!  Sometimes I wear my big rings while I’m sewing so I can look at my rings.  I’m such a dork.  Gotta go, I need to catch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills marathon.   Hey…stay tuned for Quilts of Valor!

Cyber Monday

OMG...I got the best deal on cords at JCPenny.com for cyber Monday.  They had the pants on sale for 11.88!!!  Regularly $36!  I bought 5 pairs.  Then I called my sister in Virgin-ya and she bought 5 pairs too!  Then I called my other sister and I think she got some, but work kept getting in the way of her shopping.

Gotta go...Glee is coming on.

Okay, I'm back.  I must blog, I must blog, I must blog.  I know it's almost been 3 months since my last blog, but whatev.  So, I braved a blizzard to get my nails done yesterday.

I know...but a gal's gotta have her standards.  I, for one, would like to be able to write my nails off as a tax deduction.  I mean really...I use my nails every time I sew on a binding.  Plus, my hands have to look good when I do a jewelry show.  Just sayin...Cool ring on my right hand (not the emerald).  It's called Ridgeway and it's by Premier Designs!
